Only the email address that has scheduled a campaign can unschedule it.
If you are unable to take over a G Merge campaign because the email address that created the campaign has been deleted please proceed as follows:
- Ask the admin of your G Suite to re-create the deleted email address
- Start G Merge on the spreadsheet with the campaign running. The new owner will need to share the spreadsheet with this newly created email address
- Unschedule G Merge campaign
- Delete the email address once again.
The new email address will now be able to schedule the campaign
