If, for example, the Request for Approval has gone to the wrong reviewer, the workflow owner may want to run the approval process again without asking the requester to re-initiate the request.
Once you (the workflow owner) have made the necessary corrections on the Approval Steps, please proceed as follows:
1. Delete the FW ID number on your spreadsheet. This can be found in the hidden column on your spreadsheet to the left of FW - Status Step 1 (Default) column
2. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking the Request ID or FW ID be deleted from the dashboard.
3. Refresh Form Workflow Plus side bar. You will then see 1 request "Not Processed"
4. Click "Not Processed". This will create a new FW - ID number. A new Request for Approval email will be sent to the reviewer.
