If the workflow owner has made an error setting up the workflow, for example the Request for Approval has gone to the wrong reviewer, the workflow owner may want to run the approval process again without asking the requester to re-initiate the request.
Once you (the workflow owner) have made the necessary corrections on the Approval Steps, please proceed as follows:
1. Delete the FW ID number on your spreadsheet. This can be found in the hidden column on your spreadsheet to the left of FW - Status Step 1 (Default) column
2. Refresh Form Workflow Plus side bar. You will then see 1 request "Not Processed"
3. Click "Not Processed". This will create a new FW - ID number. A new Request for Approval email will be sent to the reviewer.
Note that when a FW - ID number has been deleted from your spreadsheet it will not be removed from the dashboard. You can only remove the whole spreadsheet from the dashboard, with related requests. It will reappear once a new form is submitted for approval, showing only new requests.
To remove certain FW Requests from your dashboard, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the Request ID numbers and spreadsheet name.
WARNING: Arrayformulas should be removed from your spreadsheet when generating a new FW ID Request number. If they are not, Form Workflow Plus will generate a new FW ID Request number for all rows in the range of your formulas and send Request for approval emails to reviewers.
