Why can't I share my template?

If you get a message "Not allowed to create public templates" (1) it is because the Owner of your Team Account has not given permission to allow you to share templates. You can find the name of your Team Account under your profile at the top right of your dashboard: https://go.wizy.io/




The Account Owner can allow Managers to create shared Templates from the settings menu



NB: Only Managers can be allowed to create and edit Shared Templates. Users (1) will be able to use Shared Templates from the compose window of Gmail (2)
