I got an Invitation Failed message when I invited someone to my team. What should I do?

If you get the following message when you invite someone to your team it is because that person already has an account. You can only be in one WizyGmail account, either in a Solo account or in a Team account

You will need to ask the person you are inviting to your team to delete his/her account. Once this account is deleted you will be able to successfully invite them to your team.
