No. The best practice is to open only one email account per Chrome session.
If you have two Google accounts logged in at the same time, the approval link in the email may try to open the Form Workflow script page in the wrong account. This will therefore not open the Form Workflow landing page with the approval confirmation.
If you have two emails open, add another Chrome session and open the second email there. Add a session by going to the Chrome menu at the top of your screen and clicking on People // Add Person or type chrome://settings/ in your chrome address bar.
