Step 6 - Reviewers validate responses from Gmail

Once you have made your form available to requestors and they submit their requests, the reviewers can begin to act on the requests.

If you have set up requestor email address in the Advanced Settings tab, requestors will receive an email stating the reviewer's decision.

NB: You need to check the box on your Google Form "Automatically collect respondent's  username" for them to receive the reviewer's decision.

In addition to Approve and Decline, reviewers have two additional choices that can be set up in the Advanced tab. They can put the request on hold, or send it back to the requestor.

All responses will be kept on your spreadsheet showing a simple audit trail.

Send Reminders. You can remind your reviewers to act on workflows that they put on hold. Or you can resend the emails asking for their validation.
